Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing TopK.trade or using any of its apps (UP / DOWN, UP / DOWN RACE, and future tools), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service is
TopK.trade offers browser-based, non-custodial front-ends that let you view market data from, and place your own orders on, third-party prediction markets — principally Polymarket. We do not operate a market, match trades, hold funds, or execute orders on your behalf. All trades are initiated and signed by you with your own wallet, and settle on those third-party venues and the underlying blockchain.
3. Eligibility & your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of prediction markets is lawful in your jurisdiction. The service is not offered where such activity is prohibited, and the underlying venues impose their own geographic and eligibility restrictions that you must satisfy. You must be of legal age. You are solely responsible for your wallet, keys, taxes, and trading decisions.
4. Not financial advice
All content, odds, charts, and market data are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Markets are volatile and you can lose money. Trade only what you can afford to lose.
5. Non-custodial; third-party services
We never take custody of your assets or private keys. Your interactions with Polymarket, blockchain networks, wallet software, and other third parties are governed by those parties' own terms and policies, over which we have no control and for which we bear no responsibility.
6. Service provided "as is"
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy of market data, or uninterrupted operation. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; features may change or be withdrawn at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopK.trade and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
8. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer for abuse, overload, or access it in violation of applicable law. We may restrict access to protect the service or its users.
9. Intellectual property
The TopK.trade name, podium mark, and site design are ours. The apps are provided for your personal use; these Terms grant no right to rebrand or resell them.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above.
